Hostel Rules

  • The intending hosteller should submit a valid ID proof like Aadhaar, Driving License at the time of registration along with the filled form
  • A security deposit of a month’s fee must be paid at registration, of which maintenance cost of ₹1000 will be deducted and remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Hostel fees must be paid on or before due 5th of every month, if late a fine of ₹200 will be levied.
  • The hosteller has to inform the management 30 days prior in case of vacating the room/hostel.
  • Incase of any damage to the interior/exterior, repair/replacement cost has to be paid by the hosteller.
  • Writing or pasting on the walls & doors are strictly prohibited.
  • Management is not responsible for any theft/loss of valuables like cash, gold, laptops, mobiles etc.
  • Guests are strictly NOT allowed inside the rooms, if required take permission from the management & sign in the visitors register.
  • No oral complaints, write your complaints in the complaint book.
  • Don’t use heavy electrical items like, irons & heaters in the room, if found then ₹500/- will be charged.
  • Don’t waste water, make sure taps are turned off properly after use.
  • Don’t sweep down dirt or waste on staircase or corridors, put it in dustbins (wet & dry separately).
  • While leaving your rooms, please switch OFF the lights, fans, etc.
  • This area is under CCTV surveillance for your security.
  • While cooking food inside rooms using gas, always keep some windows open, and incase of any foul gas smell or leakage contact the management immediately.
